Sampled a cortado this morning at The Barista’s shed in Sudbury. I can honestly say it was the best coffee I have ever tasted and I like good coffee. Will certainly go back for more. José really knows his stuff.

Had the pleasure of meeting Jose in Ipswich recently, was unfortunately too late for coffee but he was nice enough to make me and my friend one of the nicest hot chocolates I've paid for in a long time! I had mine with oat milk and was so impressed, I'm used to getting oat milk burnt or not steamed well but instead got a cup of perfectly steamed milk with actual melted chocolate! Then despite getting ready to close Jose took the time to unpack all his different bags of retail coffee for me and we had a really great conversation about them, what coffee we like, roasting, brewing, and more! In the end I ended up buying the Mexican and Guji-Ethiopian bean's to take home with me as I'm not local and I'm so glad I did! They're absolutely lovely coffees, I use v60 most often at home but could see them working for other brewing methods. It was honestly such a lovely experience and just a perfect example of why I love the coffee community so much. Thank you!

Lovely coffee, and as I recently found out lovely hot chocolate too. All this from a very knowledgeable and likeable man, who cares about what he does, and looks after his customers.

Jose and the Barista Shed were the stars of our wedding. They really made our evening come alive with an array of hot drinks and there were lots of compliments (including our own) on how great the coffee was, but also provided an incredible espresso martini making service which kept the dancing flowing all night!

Whilst we don’t plan to get married again…. we will definitely be using them at events of ours in the future. They even agreed on the night to stay longer and we could recommend them highly enough.

Jose was brilliant Saturday evening at our daughters wedding in Great Glemham. People couldn’t say enough how amazing the coffee was and how great Jose was. I would not hesitate in booking him for a wedding. He was helpful and reliable from the word go and did everything he said.

A mutual friend of ours told me of Jose. Decided to order some beans when next in the Sudbury area. Everything was as he said, I paid and received a delivery 5 days later. Excellent. Definitely will buy again from him.

Delicious as the drinks are, they are outclassed by the superb knowledge and attentiveness of Jose. All this inn Sudbury!!!!

This man knows his beans, he is a genuine and honest guy, whose passion for coffee shines through, his product, be it a hot drink to take away or the raw beans (ground to your requirement) to brew at home are of the highest quality. Try him out, you'll not be disappointed
